K1 Investment Management announced on Friday that it has completed its sale of FMG Suite to Aurora Capital Partners.
FMG Suite offers cloud-based automated marketing software to the financial services industry. According to K1, since making its initial investment in 2016, FMG Suite’s revenues have grown more than six times, and its customer base has tripled.

"The current market disruption has only strengthened FMG Suite's competitive position, and we look forward to their continued growth as the economy recovers."
The transaction is K1’s second successful exit since the Covid-19 pandemic erupted in the U.S. and Europe.
