“This is war. That’s why I named my book Waging War On Wall Street,” says Stoltmann, who co-wrote the new book, published October 1, with John F. Wasick, author of the popular “Bamboozlement” blog on Forbes.com.
“Andrew’s 18 years of successful arbitration and litigation experience, as well as his enthusiasm for helping the victims of investment fraud, make him the perfect person for the job," says outgoing PIABA President and Ohio attorney Marnie Lambert.
Stoltmann also serves as an adjunct securities law professor at Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago. He has previously served a PIABA board member and executive vice president. He is also an adjunct securities law professor at Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago and has appeared widely on CNN, CNBC, FOX, CBS, NBC and Bloomberg TV.
PIABA also announced that Christine Lazaro will be the executive vice president/president-elect. She is the director of the Securities Arbitration Clinic at St. John’s University School of Law in New York.
PIABA also welcomes its new board members: Benjamin Edwards, Thomas Mauriello, Timothy O'Connor, and Darlene Pasieczny, and returning Board member Marnie Lambert.
