RBC Wealth Management has added a Baltimore team from Morgan Stanley that managed $1.05 billion in assets under management, according to a news release.

The Quarry Lake Group is led by Avigail Rosemore and Avi Greenlinger, who at RBC serve as managing directors, financial advisors and senior portfolio managers. Both have been with Morgan Stanley for 15 years, according to BrokerCheck. The team also includes Aaron Forker, who serves as an associate vice president and senior financial associate at RBC; Yitzi Teichman, who is an associate vice president and financial advisor; Alan Wolfe, an associate vice president and senior business associate; and Sharon Wunder, a branch service manager.

The team will join RBC’s Quarry Lake branch and report to Warren Bischoff, RBC’s Mid-Atlantic Complex director.

“We take a comprehensive approach that is grounded in investment strategy but covers virtually every aspect of a client’s financial life,” Rosemore said in a statement. “We recognized the strength of RBC and its global brand. The firm’s ability to support us in risk management, liabilities, trusts and estate planning strategies was an attractive element as well,” she added.

Greenlinger noted that the team will continue to focus on long-term planning within families as well as corporate clients. “We work through unique and complicated family dynamics,” he said.

The Quarry Lake Group is the second team in as many days that RBC has snagged from Morgan Stanley. On Monday, the Smalley Girardi Group, with $400 million in assets under management, joined the firm’s Westport, Conn., branch.
