SEI Advisor Network, based in Oaks, Pa., is rebranding itself as Independent Advisor Solutions by SEI, the firm announced Tuesday.
Independent Advisor Solutions provides support and services for advisors and RIAs through its SEI Wealth Platform, an investment-agnostic technology solution designed to help independent financial advisors streamline their businesses and spend more time with their clients.
Independent Advisor Solutions, which is part of SEI Investments Company, has more than 7,500 advisors with $65.3 billion in assets under management as of June 30. It provides advisory firms with technology through a customizable and adaptable open-architecture wealth management platform.
Most advisors have migrated to the newly available SEI Wealth Platform and all are expected to be on the platform by early next year, Independent Advisor Solutions said. The platform provides external client relationship management programs, financial planning software, flexible investment solutions, front-office tools and back-office functions.
“Today’s advisors should not be expected to support the technology that drives their businesses. The platform is designed to eliminate that responsibility,” said Wayne Withrow, executive vice president of SEI and head of Independent Advisor Solutions.
