More adults are remaining single for the duration of their careers, according to a recent study by real estate website Zillow, which recently published a list of the top 10 U.S. destinations for singles looking for love.

Zillow’s study ranked the 100 largest U.S. metros based on factors including available rental units, share of singles, and rent affordability for singles.

Here are Zillow’s top 10 U.S. metros for singles looking for love.

10. Boston
Boston is a major education, finance, technology and transportation hub  with a strong economy offering a high median income for singles, but its also the most expensive city in the top 10. Zillow found Boston’s typical rent price to be $2,788.

 

9. Washington, D.C.
Washington had the fourth-largest share of singles of any city on the list, and the most available rentals of any city in the top 10, but these opportunities come at a price: Washington’s typical rent price is $2,231.

 

8. Seattle
Seattle offers a very high median income for singles, but the trade-off is expensive housing. The typical rent price in Seattle is $2,265.

 

7. Dallas
Dallas has more singles than any other city on the top 10 list. Zillow found Dallas’s typical rent price to be $1,791.

 

6. Houston
The typical rent price in Houston is $1,575, according to Zillow. Houston also ranked fourth overall for its share of affordable housing.

 

5. San Antonio
San Antonio not only has low average rents, but it also has a lot of housing inventory, according ot the study. ZIllow’s analysis found that  the typical rent price in San Antonio is $1,469.

 

4. Denver
Denver’s high ranking comes by virtue of its high concentration of housing affordable for singles. The typical rent price in Denver is $1,988, according to Zillow.

 

3. Milwaukee
According to the study, Milwaukee has the highest percentage of singles of any city on the list. Zillow says the typical rent price in Milwaukee is $1,186.

 

2. Austin, Texas
Like Boston, Austin is also a technology and education hub with a booming job market. Typical rent price in Austin is $1,869, according to Zillow.

 

1. Wichita, Kan.
According to Zillow, Wichita’s ranking was largely a product of its affordability—the typical rent price is a rock-bottom $966—but rent price was not the most determinative factor in making the top 10, as cities like Boston, Washington and Seattle have sky-high rents.
