Veris Wealth Partners, an impact-investing wealth management firm headquartered in San Francisco, has named Stephanie Cohn Rupp to the position of chief operating officer, according to a spokesperson.

Cohn Rupp brings international experience in impact and ESG investing to her new role, as well as in building profitable, sustainable businesses, the company said. She was formerly the managing director and partner, head of impact investing, at Tiedemann Advisors.

Cohn Rupp has a bachelor's degree in politics and philosophy from the University of Bristol; a master's degree in comparative government from the London School of Economics and Political Science; and a master's degree in public administration (MPA) from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.

Founded in 2007, Veris has $1.3 billion in assets under management.
