Kimberly Beck
Head of Wealth Marketing, Envestnet
Kimberly Beck has more than 20 years of financial services marketing experience. At Envestnet, Kimberly is responsible for leading the firm’s Wealth Solutions marketing efforts, including the firm’s Client Experience Office, product and platform marketing strategy, practice management initiatives and strategic messaging efforts.
Prior to joining Envestnet in 2016, Kimberly spent 10 years at BlackRock in various product and channel marketing leadership roles, most recently as Director of the firm’s Thought Leadership and Education Programs. Before that, she worked for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, until its acquisition by BlackRock in 2006. She started her career in the industry at Nuveen Investments. Kimberly is a member of the Money Management Institute’s Board of Governors. She is Chair of Envestnet’s Women Leaders in Finance Program and its Women’s Initiative Network. Kimberly is also a member of Cabrini University’s Communication Department Advisory Board, and has been an Adjunct Professor of Communication there. She received her MBA in Marketing from LaSalle University and her BA in English and Communications at Cabrini University.
John M. Boccio
CVP, Head of Strategy, Wealth Management, New York Life Insurance Company
John Boccio is the Head of Strategy for the Wealth Management business of New York Life and member of the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors of Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor and wholly owned affiliate of New York Life. In this capacity John and the team are responsible for setting the strategic direction of the wealth management business and building new capabilities for advisors and clients. John also serves as a member of the Eagle Strategies Advisory Council and Agents Advisory Council (AAC), and leads multiple functional areas including strategy, analytics, and relationship management.
Gary Carrai, CFA
Senior Vice President of Product & Platform Management, President of Fortigent
Gary Carrai is the Senior Vice President of Product and Platform Strategy, which also includes oversight of Sponsor Relations - LPL’s strategic partnership group. He was was formerly the head of LPL’s HNW Solutions team and a co-founder and President of Fortigent, an LPL acquired company that provides performance reporting, research and practice management to registered investment advisors and banks. He helped grow Fortigent to 135 employees supporting 100 firms with platform assets of $75 Billion.
Prior to joining Fortigent, Mr. Carrai was a Managing Director of Lydian Wealth Management (LWM), an independent RIA with over $4B in assets under management. LWM’s growth created an opportunity to leverage its investment research and data management technology to empower other firms entering wealth management to compete in the high-net-worth marketplace. This led to the creation of Fortigent.
Mr. Carrai has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a member of the CFA Institute and the Washington Society of Investment Analysts (WSIA).

As Chief Information Officer for Jackson, Dev Ganguly is responsible for oversight of all aspects of technology including application development, infrastructure engineering, IT service management, enterprise architecture, data strategy and digital transformation as well as leading the company’s technology strategy.

Kate Healy

Kate Healy is Managing Director, Generation Next, focused on advocacy for sustainability issues facing the RIA industry. Healy leads TD Ameritrade Institutional's NextGen and Women's Leadership Initiatives, which support the future of the profession through programs designed to raise visibility, provide support and resources to guide professional development of the next generation of advisors. She is a member of the Company’s Diversity & Inclusion committee.
Healy is widely recognized as a leading advocate for the next generation of financial planners, for women advisors and for the financial planning profession. Wealthmanagement.com named her to the 2018 “10 to Watch” list. In 2016, Investment Advisor magazine named Healy as one of the industry’s 25 most influential people. Healy was named to InvestmentNews' inaugural "Women to Watch" in 2015. Additionally, she was TD Ameritrade's 2014 Impact Award winner for Diversity and Inclusiveness.
She is a trustee for the Foundation for Financial Planning and a member of the Invest in Others board. Kate also is a founding member of the CFP Board's Women's Initiative (WIN) Council, the Center for Financial Planning's Advisory Council and a founding member of the Center’s Diversity Advisory Board.
Healy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers College.
Ben Huneke
Managing Director - Head of the Investments Solutions Group, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management
Ben Huneke is a Managing Director and Head of the Investments Solutions Group of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. His responsibilities include product development, marketing and distribution of all investment products. In addition, his team is responsible for support of the industry’s largest advisory program and the development of the overall investment technology platform.
During his career at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Huneke has held previous roles including Head of Alternative Investments, Chief Operating Officer of Investment Products & Services and Head of Strategy and Business Management. He sits on the Morgan Stanley Securities Operating Committee as well as the firm’s Management Committee.
Ben also serves as the Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors for the Insured Retirement Institute and sits on the board of the charitable organizations Invest in Others and the Expect Miracles Foundation.
He holds an AB from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Shane Morrow

Shane Morrow is the Founder and Managing Partner of IronBridge Wealth Counsel, a national fee-based wealth management firm. He is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and leading its investment management division. Mr. Morrow received his BA in Economics from Amherst College. He has earned the Certified Financial Planner™ certification, the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation, and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® designation. He is currently a Level II Chartered Financial Analyst candidate.

Paula Nelson

Paula Nelson, President, Retirement, joined what is now Global Atlantic in 2010 to lead the organization’s distribution of annuity products. She later assumed the role of President of Retirement for Global Atlantic, leading the organization to a record $8.4 billion in annuity sales in 2019. Paula has 35 years of experience in the financial services industry and is on the Executive Board for the Insurance Retirement Institute and the CEO Steering Committee for the ACLI, two of the industry’s leading trade organizations. Prior to working at Global Atlantic, Paula served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Transamerica Capital, Inc., a leading wholesale broker/dealer.

Jack Sharry has been an executive at Morgan Stanley, Putnam, Virtus, and now Lifeyield.com, where he is EVP & CMO. LifeYield’s household-level portfolio management software maximizes retirement income.
Jack co-chairs MMI’s Digital Advice Community, is on the Next Chapter Advisory Board and is a columnist for FA Mag. He has authored numerous papers on retirement, is an MMI Pioneer, and recipient of the MMI Chairman’s Award for thought leadership.
