The greater majority of hedge funds face intensifying competition for new assets. In some cases, less than stellar investment performance is a contributing factor. Some hedge funds lack a meaningful track record. In all cases, the growing number of investment vehicles coupled with concentrated business development efforts and more discerning investors is making it much more arduous for many hedge funds to raise capital.

Because for many funds it’s more difficult to raise capital, the appeal of family offices and the super-rich is just magnifying. While precise numbers don’t exist, all indications point to a burgeoning growth in the number of single-family offices. Not only are there a multitude of new single-family offices, but also the monies they control are growing at an even faster rate. This very same pattern can be seen with respect to multi-family offices and the super-rich (individuals with a net worth of $500 million or more).

For hedge funds and fund-of-funds, these three interrelated sources of capital we refer to as the exceptionally wealthy are recognized as outstanding sources of investable assets. However, for many hedge funds their ability to access and motivate the exceptionally wealthy is rather limited. Raising Capital From the Exceptionally Wealthy is for hedge funds, fund-of-funds, capital introductions personnel and third party marketers who are committed to raising capital from family offices and the wealthiest people in the world.

Raising Capital From the Exceptionally Wealthy is a one-day intensive course that provides detailed perspectives and insights into the world of the exceptionally wealthy and teaches a proven commanding methodology for connecting with them including how to most effectively position your investment expertise.
