Consolidated Financial Management, a Beaverton, Ore.-based practice led by Kristy Motta and Kari Raglione-Tissot, has joined Golden State Wealth Management, an investment advisor headquartered in South Coast Metro, Calif., the company recently announced in a news release.

Founded in 1982, Consolidated Financial manages approximately $225 million in client assets. The niche practice works exclusively with high-net-worth corporate executives.

The affiliation is Golden State’s first DBA located in Oregon, which means that Consolidated Financial will continue to operate under its existing nameplate. Motta and Raglione-Tissot join a select segment of Golden State’s advisor community that is female-led and which manage nearly half of the company's $2 billion in client assets.
