The Fox Alliance has joined LPL Financial’s broker-dealer, corporate registered investment advisor (RIA) and custodial platforms, the companies announced today in a news release.
Fox was formerly with First Allied, part of the Cetera network of broker-dealers, where the team managed approximately $260 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets.
Based in Austin, Texas, Fox started as a one-man operation when financial advisor Bill Fox founded his namesake practice in 1986. Today, the team also includes managing partners Holden Fox and Josh Renfro; financial advisors Jim Baker, Laura Cooper and Max Clark; and nine support staffers.
Headquartered in Fort Mill, S.C.; San Diego; and Boston, LPL Financial is the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer.
