Driven Wealth Strategies, a Wichita, Kan., wealth management firm with $330 million in client assets, is joining the Carson Partners platform. The firm was formerly with Waddell & Reed Financial in Overland Park, Kan.
Driven Wealth managing partners Karsten Bond, Brent Dome and Chad Phipps lead a 12-person team. The three partners said they decided to affiliate with Carson to better serve their clients.
“Carson’s offering had many of the solutions we were looking for,” Bond said in a press release. “(But an) unexpected benefit is our ability to tap into Carson’s coaching program.”
Formerly known as the Bond & Phipps Group, Driven Wealth Strategies has gone through a recent merger.
The Carson Group is a family of companies headquartered in Omaha and led by founder Ron Carson. The companies include Carson Wealth, founded in 1983; Carson Coaching, founded in 1993; and Carson Partners, founded in 2012.
