Financial Advisors Chad W. Goodchild and Jacob W. Schlicht have launched Kickstand Wealth Advisors in Pittsford, N.Y. in partnership with TruClarity Wealth Advisors, a registered investment advisor (RIA) headquartered in Tampa, Fla., the companies announced in a news release.
Goodchild and Schlicht were formerly with Merrill Lynch, where they managed a combined total of $441 million in client assets.
As co-founders and managing partners of Kickstand, Goodchild and Schlicht will lead a team that also includes wealth manager Devyn A. Squires and Director of Client Services Christine D. Fusare.
The founders of TruClarity Management Solutions launched TruClarity Wealth Advisors in 2019. The RIA's tuck-in affiliation model offers entrepreneurial advisors as much independence as they want, including the support they need to launch an independent RIA when the time is right.
