Girard Advisory Services, the King of Prussia, Pa.-based wealth management division of Univest Financial Corporation, has expanded its team in Berks County with the addition of wealth trust advisors Lisa Ashcroft and Kim Ressler, a team that managed approximately $55 million in client assets for Orrstown Bank, the company announced in a news release.
Ashcroft, an industry veteran with more than 23 years of experience, joins Girard as vice president and wealth trust advisor, with a focus on helping clients with special needs trusts. She most recently served as vice president and investment and trust advisor at Orrstown Bank in Wyomissing, Pa. Ashcroft earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Alvernia University.
Ressler, with more than three decades of financial services experience, joins Girard as vice president and wealth trust advisor. Ressler formerly served as vice president for Orrstown Financial Advisors in Reading, Pa.
Ashcroft and Ressler will work out of Univest’s recently opened regional office in West Lawn, Pa.
