Dow Jones Indexes is licensing Dow Jones Brazil Titans 20 ADR Index to Samsung Investments, a Korean investment management company, to serve as an underlying index for an exchange-traded fund in Korea.

Vestment Advisors Launches Business Podcasts
Vestment Advisors, a coaching and consulting firm for the financial services industry based in Minneapolis, Minn., is offering free podcasts to help increase business for financial firms.
Katherine Vessenes, one of the co-founders of Vestment Advisors, will produce a weekly podcast, "Katherine Vessenes on Sales, Marketing and Compliance," while her co-founder, Peter Vessenes, will offer a weekly podcast on "The Zen of Business with Peter Vessenes."

PowerShares To Launch Ireland-Based ETF
NASDAQ OMX Group Inc. has introduced the NASDAQ OMX Ireland Index, a modified market-capitalization weighted index comprised of the largest and most liquid Irish companies listed on an index-eligible global exchange.
Invesco PowerShares Capital Management LLC, a provider of exchange-traded funds, plans to develop an ETF based on the NASDAQ OMX Ireland Index and list the ETF on the NASDAQ exchange. Additional information can be found at

State Street Global Offers International ETFs
State Street Global Advisors is creating 10 new international sector SPDR exchange-traded funds, which will bring its total offering of ETFs to 80.
The new funds will provide a suite of tools to allow access to investment opportunities outside the United States, will be market-cap weighted and will use the Global Industry Classification Standard. The new ETFs were developed to provide targeted exposure to sectors not included in U.S.-listed securities.
