He adds the foundation’s funding in part will come from some of company’s existing annual charitable giving, along with contributions from senior-level employees such as himself, Aquino and other directors. And it offers an optional payroll deduction for employees, with a minimum of $50 per pay period.
“We’re trying to think about the world in which we live, and to see if we can really make an impact locally,” Aquino says about the foundation’s raison d’être.
