St. Louis-based Albritton Financial Services will affiflate with the Omaha-based Carson Partners Network.
AFS will maintain ownership of the firm and remain the primary decision-maker, while continuing to oversee its business operations, according to a Carson Partners release.
Established in 1996, AFS now manages nearly $100 million in assets for a select group of families and business owners.
