Allianz SE has appointed Iván de la Sota as chief business transformation officer in its board of management division until Deccember 31, 2020, beginning on April 1.
The company’s new board of management division will be led by de la Sota and will be responsible for business model transformation, innovation and supporting the global business line, according to the company.
De la Sota has been with Allianz for 27 years, serving as the CEO of the Iberian and Latin American region in November of 2015. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Allianz Spain for four years.
