Allspring Global Investments, an independent asset management firm with $547 billion in assets under advisement, has added three financial industry veterans to its roster of distributors in the United States, the firm announced today.

Kristin Carcio will join Allspring as head of global portfolio strategy. She will be responsible for leading the strategic execution of the firm’s U.S. distribution model across Allspring’s consultant relations, defined contribution investment only, platform distribution and sub-advised teams.

Carcio previously was with Morgan Stanley, where she served as head of research strategy and partnerships. Before that, she was a vice president and senior portfolio strategy consultant at Eaton Vance.

Matthew Soifer joins Allspring as head of institutional and will be responsible for leading the growth of Allspring’s business with institutional clients, including insurance, endowments and foundations, retirement, and public and corporate plans.

He previously was with BlackRock, where he served as a managing director and head of distribution for the firm’s retirement group. Before that, he was a business development officer at Barclays Global Investors.

Anthony Svach joins Allspring as head of intermediary sales. He will be responsible for enhancing client engagement, streamlining the sales process and fostering a culture that leverages both internal and external resources to gain a competitive edge in client interactions, Allspring said.

Before joining Allspring, Svach served as a managing director at BlackRock. Prior to that, he was a vice president at Goldman Sachs.
