Amanda K. DiChello has joined the Private Client Services Practice Group of Cozen O’Connor, a Philadelphia-based law firm that serves high-net-worth and ultra-high-net worth clients.

She will specialize in estate and trust administration and planning, as well as estate, trust, and fiduciary-related litigation. Her addition to the firm is part of the continuing growth of Cozen O’Connor’s private client practice nationwide. Previously she was with Philadelphia-based Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, where she was a partner and co-chair of that firm’s Private Client Services Group.

“Amanda is one of only a few hybrid estate and trust practitioners who litigate estate and trust cases, while also handling sophisticated estate and trust planning and administration matters,” Rob Friedman, chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Private Client Services Group, said. “Having litigated and defended fiduciary liability cases, Amanda is also able to provide first-hand risk mitigation and litigation avoidance advice to her fiduciary clients. We’re thrilled to have her join our practice group.”

Many of DiChello’s clients include high-net-worth women who have either inherited significant wealth, or have independently built and grown significant wealth, as well as beneficiaries and families, private and charitable foundations, family offices, and individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries.

She frequently speaks and writes on estate, wealth and tax planning issues, fiduciary litigation, trust and estate litigation, and charitable trust and nonprofit issues. For eight consecutive years DiChello has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star.
