Industry veteran Angela Gingras, with 20 years of experience, has joined Dynasty Financial Partners as director of operations. She will be based in the firm’s new headquarters in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Gingras will be responsible for the operational oversight of the firm’s turnkey asset management platform (TAMP), which last year surpassed $15 billion in assets, complemented by the nearly $1 billion in alternative assets on Dynasty’s investment platform. Gingras will report to Joe Dursi, the director of investments.

Before joining Dynasty, Gingras worked as vice president, operations and custody compliance, at Raymond James, where she was employed since 1997.

In addition to hiring Gingras, Dynasty has promoted Marcus Wilson to the newly created position of senior vice president of investment platforms. Wilson previously led the operations team. He also will work out of the firm’s new headquarters and report to Dursi.

In his new role, Wilson will be responsible for overseeing many of the strategic relationships that are responsible for the investment platform’s financial success and growth. In addition to those duties, he will search for new partnerships, services and technology, and ensure the proper delivery of the platforms to the Dynasty network.

Dynasty Financial Partners, founded in 2010, provides investment and technology platforms for independent financial, investment, and wealth management advisors.
