Anya Coverman has been appointed director of government affairs and general counsel to the Investment Program Association, an advocacy and education organization for the portfolio-diversifying investments industry, the association announced Tuesday.
In the newly created role, Coverman will head the association’s Washington D.C. office, working on public policy strategy.
Previously, she was deputy director of policy and government affairs and associate general counsel for the North American Securities Administrators Association.
