Atria Wealth Solutions, headquartered in New York, has appointed Patricia Solfaro as the firm’s new general counsel.
Solfaro will drive the firm’s strategic direction and management of legal, regulatory and compliance functions.
She most recently served as Of Counsel at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., where she first began her career as an associate in 1999. Solfaro has also worked for Barclay’s Wealth Management, Credit Suisse and UBS.
Solfaro earned a B.S. degree in political science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. She received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
