Bender Financial Services, based in Highlands Ranch, Colo., and Morgan Wealth, located in Dinuba, Calif., have joined the Carson Partners network, according to a news release.
Bender Financial was formerly with Raymond James & Co., Inc., headquartered in St. Petersburg, Fla., and Morgan Wealth was formerly with Boston-based LPL Financial.
Bender Financial, founded in 2014 by Benjamin Bender, manages $140 million in client assets, while Morgan Wealth, founded by Joe Morgan in 2002, manages $58 million in client assets.
The two firms bring a combined total of $198 million in client assets under management (AUM) to the Carson Group, headquartered in Omaha, Neb., and its affiliate, broker-dealer Cetera Financial Group in El Segundo, Calif.
The Carson Group, led by Ron Carson, includes Carson Wealth, founded in 1983; Carson Coaching, founded in 1993; and Carson Partners, founded in 2012.
