Bluespring Wealth Partners LLC, a wealth management firm headquartered in Austin, Tex., has acquired Hudson Dynamic Retirement, headquartered in Elmsford, N.Y., which will merge with Bluespring subsidiary U.S. Financial Services in Fairfield, N.J., the companies announced in a recent news release.

Hudson Dynamic, led by President Andrew (Andy) Brief and lead advisor Christina Dziadzio, brings $265 million in client assets to U.S. Financial Services, and expands its regional footprint with a fourth office location.

The M&A deal was a natural fit, according to Bluespring CEO Stuart Silverman.

“Hudson Dynamic Retirement has always had strong ties to the teams at U.S. Financial Services and Bluespring Wealth Partners,” he said in the news release. “As Andy looks to continue supporting his firm and developing the next generation of leadership, this partnership made great sense for both sides.”

Bluespring acquired U.S. Financial Services in 2020. The news release said that by merging with U.S. Financial Services, Hudson Dynamic will be able to offer its clients enhanced estate planning, portfolio design and investment services, while U.S. Financial Services will deepen its ties to the New York market.

In the news release, Brief said he has known Bluespring CEO Silverman for over 40 years.

“This merger allows us to provide the next generation of financial professionals access to a like-minded team with increased resources to perpetuate success,” Brief said in the news release. “I’m positive our partnership with Bluespring Wealth Partners and U.S. Financial Services will help to accelerate our business and ensure continuity for generations of clients.”

This acquisition is the fifth transaction of 2022 for Bluespring Wealth Partners, a subsidiary of broker-dealer Kestra Financial, also headquartered in Austin. Both Hudson Dynamic Retirement and U.S. Financial Services are associated with the Kestra Financial wealth management platform provided by Bluespring Wealth Partners.
