BNY Mellon Wealth Management is ramping up its private business advisory strategy. The firm announced it has added Eric Czepyha as its new head.

Czepyha, who has 20 years of industry experience with some years spent at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Barclays Investment Bank, previously served as head of departments involving mergers and acquisitions and asset management.

He has worked closely with business owners to develop, implement and administer succession plans and has acted as a corporate trustee, serving on the board of directors of several private companies, said BNY executive director Pamela Lucina. “We are excited to have Eric on board and know that he will enhance the capabilities of our team,” she said.
