Boston Retirement Group, a financial planning service located in Wellesley, Mass., has joined the Carson Partners network, the companies announced today in a news release.

Established in 2016, Boston Retirement was formerly with MML Investors Services, LLC. The four-member team, led by partners Patrick Nee and Doug Padden, both wealth advisors, managed nearly $140 million in assets for affluent baby boomers nationwide.

As with other advisors who have affiliated with Carson Partners, Nee and Padden will maintain ownership of the firm and remain the strategic decision-makers for all business decisions and operations.

Headquartered in Omaha, Neb., Carson currently manages more than $13 billion in assets and serves more than 34,000 families through its advisory network, which consists of 304 advisors across 36 states, including 25 Carson Wealth offices.
