Britt Woods has joined Cetera Financial Institutions as vice president, head of relationship management, Cetera announced Thursday.
Woods will be based in Franklin, Tenn., and will be responsible for advisor recruiting and business consulting activities for the Cetera company that handles wealth management programs for banks and credit card companies.
The appointment comes on the heels of Cetera Financial Institutions adding three bank wealth management programs to its platform.
Wood’s responsibilities also will include helping the wealth management programs achieve organic growth by increasing client wallet share.
He most recently served at Fifth Third Bank as vice president and sales manager, where he managed financial advisors, licensed bankers and sales assistants. He was awarded the Retail Partner of the Year award every year since 2010 for his service at First Third.
