Other key findings are:

  • More than 90 percent had no issues accessing a broad range Investment products;
  • Nearly 70 percent said losing their employer’s national brand helped their bottom line;
  • 69 percent said the technology is better than expected; and
  • 64 percent say managing their own business is easier than they had thought.
  • Additionally, 61 percent said they had plenty of support from others in the industry after they made the changeover.
