Bronfman E.L. Rothschild LP has acquired TriCapital Advisors Inc., an independent investment advisor based in Rockville, Md., and the third acquisition for the firm in the past two years.
Bronfman E.L. Rothschild, also based in Rockville, Md., is a wealth management firm with $4.2 billion in assets.
TriCapital specializes in investment management, financial planning, tax and estate planning and has $185 million in client assets. Mark Schwartz, TriCapital Advisors president; Jan Campbell, vice president of operations, and Rebecca Ward Maranville, client service manager, will join Bronfman E.L. Rothschild, Schwartz will be a managing director.
During 2015, Bronfman E.L. Rothschild acquired Highline Wealth Management of Rockville, Md., and Lake Country Wealth Management of Delafield, Wis.
The acquisitions are part of the continuing growth plans of Bronfman E.L. Rothschild, says Neal Simon, the firm’s CEO.
