BYRT Financial Advisors, which has three offices in Georgia, has joined the Austin, Texas,-based Kestra Private Wealth Services platform, Kestra announced recently.

Based in Waycross, Ga., BYRT has $134 million in assets under management and specializes in retirement, estate, and tax planning for higher-net-worth individuals. The move positions BYRT to acquire other firms, Kestra said.

BYRT will become part of Kestra Private Wealth Service’s platform, which supports multiple RIAs. It will continue to operate under its own name and will continue to be led by Managing Partner Matthew Tuten and Wealth Management Partner Adam Tolle.
