Charles Cornett has joined HighTower, a national network of independent advisors based in Chicago, as business development executive, HighTower announced Tuesday.
The hire is part of HighTower’s growth strategy. HighTower’s client assets are approaching $50 billion, a 27 percent increase this year.
Prior to joining the firm, Cornett was a senior vice president and regional director at Wells Fargo FiNet. At HighTower, he joins five other business development professionals focused on recruiting independent advisor teams.
