LPL Financial today announced that it has added Alia Wealth Partners, a Germantown, Tenn.-based practice with about $260 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets, to its broker-dealer, corporate registered investment advisor and custodial platforms, according to a news release. Alia's team joins from Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network.

The practice, which was launched in 2018 by advisor Lindsey D. Rhea, has affiliated with LPL’s Strategic Wealth Services model. Rhea was recognized by Forbes in 2019 as one of its best-in-state next-gen advisors. She is joined at Alia by Leslie M. Parker, director of client services, and Jennifer K. Locke, director of first impressions.

“We went through an extensive due diligence process, and LPL really stood out for the depth of resources offered,” Rhea said in a statement. “LPL is a well-oiled machine and checked the boxes for all the solutions I was looking for. My top priority was the ability to enhance the client experience by providing them with innovative new tools they can use to easily access their account information.”

Alia Wealth Partners is the 16th team to join the Strategic Wealth Services model. Besides having access to LPL’s integrated wealth management platform and resources, teams on the platform receive ongoing, personalized support for daily operations and long-term business management. This includes dedicated consultants such as a business strategist and CFO and marketing and administrative support.

Scott Posner, LPL’s executive vice president of business development, said, “We warmly welcome Lindsey and her team to the LPL community, and are honored they turned to us as they thoughtfully prepare for the next chapter in their business.”
