Fiserv Enhances Financial Planning Technology For Advisors And Home Office

Fiserv recently announced the expansion of its financial planning technology. The new enhancements enable financial advisors to strengthen relationships with clients and better manage, identify and achieve the clients’ investment goals. The flexible interactive financial planning tool integrates with the home office systems of financial advisors, helping to streamline manual processes.

More than 60% of advisors face this challenge, according to the “U.S. Advisor Metrics 2017: The Next Generation of Planning” report from Cerulli Associates. The new offering from Fiserv seeks to bridge that gap by allowing advisors to seamlessly integrate the software with their home office platforms without having to re-enter client information.

Users will no longer have to toggle between systems to perform service or trading requests for their clients. Investment proposals can also be generated within the platform, and accounts can be opened and electronically signed. Advisors can collaborate with clients, illustrating changes and impacts that can be adjusted in real time.
