“We should feel fortunate. Half of these results are testament to advisory firms doing a fantastic job of marketing to advisors, marketing their firms and maintaining their team,” Palaveev said.

All in all, he added that advisors remain very optimistic and also prime for more. “More, meaning that they are so ready to go out and grow, so ready to go out and continue merging and acquiring, seeking more clients and hiring more people.”
