“I’m aware of the need to take affirmative steps. It’s on our minds and it will become more urgent as we proceed,” Crouch said.
“Crews has the tools, but it’s a matter of tying it in to advisors’ performance capacity,” Crouch added. “We’ve been discussing it.”
