9/15/16 Daily Closing Analysis - NASDAQ Fintech Index (KFTX)

Back up. Markets jumped higher led by techs and that made the KFTX close higher at 1038.87, a jolly plus 13.52 points (+1.32%). Again, fintech remains strong.

With the markets so strong it’s surprising that only three of the index’s issues had intraday moves of +/– 3%.  HAWK, down over -3% early, on finished at 30.69 off -2.42%GPN jumped 2.53 to close at 76.05, +3.44%, and LC rallied .42 to close at 6.17, a nice +7.30%.

So, Friday is here and the end of the week. Option expiration is pretty much in the books. Will the roller coaster continue or is it just a pause to change riders? No answer, just asking.
