The law firm of Hogan Lovells in New York City is expanding its private equity funds practice by adding Adam Tope as a partner, the firm announced Thursday.
Tope represents the sponsors of private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds on fund formation matters, including co-investment vehicles, managed accounts and funds of one. He also advises investors on fund investments, direct investments and co-investments, including secondary transactions.
