Verdence Capital Advisors has hired former NFL player Noel LaMontagne as a client relationship manager for sports and entertainment. He will be based in Los Angeles and will report to managing director and partner Rich Rosa.

LaMontagne played with the Cleveland Browns in 2000. After that, he spent 16 years working as a sports advisor, most recently at Compass Sports Advisors. He earned his bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Virginia.

Verdence Capital Advisors, founded in 2017, is an independent private wealth advisory and multifamily firm headquartered in Hunt Valley, Md.
