Foundation Source, a support services provider for private foundations, has been acquired by Incline Equity Partners, a private equity firm that invests in business services companies, Foundation Source announced Tuesday.
Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa., Incline invests in companies poised for growth. “The partnership with Incline will position Foundation Source to expand its services, expertise and online capabilities” for private foundations, according to Foundation Source, which is based in Fairfield, Conn.
