The Financial Planning Association is now providing advisors with technology and operations support with the addition of a new coach to its FPA Coaches Corner, FPA announced Tuesday.

Charesse J. Hagan has been added to the Coaches Corner lineup to help advisors with their technology and operations questions. The Coaches Corner provides FPA members with assistance on a variety of topics and management issues.

Hagan is the founder of Charesse J. Hagan, an operations consulting firm, which she created in 2016. She began her career as a financial planner at a wealth management firm that served more than 1,500 clients with combined total assets of $1.8 billion, before switching to helping financial planners grow their businesses, FPA said.

She now helps advisors analyze their current processes and implement new systems to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

“According to The War on Stress 2019 study, nearly one-third of financial planners feel the ineffective use of technology holds them back from reaching their goals,” said Lauren M. Schadle, FPA executive director and CEO. “To help our members get ahead and achieve optimal success, we are pleased to team up with Charesse to provide technology and operation content that will help members run more efficient practices, better serve their clients and build their businesses.”
