Franklin Templeton Investments expanded its lineup of low-cost single country and regional exchange-traded funds with Thursday’s launch of three products spanning three continents.

The Franklin FTSE Saudi Arabia ETF (FLSA), Franklin FTSE South Africa ETF (FLZA) and Franklin FTSE Latin America ETF (FLLA) all follow indexes from FTSE Russell. The new funds expand the Franklin Liberty Shares roster of international funds to 23 products, all of which follow market cap-weighted FTSE Russell indexes and come with very low costs designed to undercut the competition. The entire suite, save for one product, have expense ratios of either 0.19 percent to 0.9 percent.

The new South Africa and Latin America funds have expense ratios of 0.19 percent. The Saudi Arabia fund is the priciest product in the group with an expense ratio of 0.39 percent.
