Brian Moynihan, chairman and CEO of Bank of America, has been appointed chairman of the Financial Services Roundtable for 2017, FSR announced Thursday.
Michael Tipsord, chairman, president, and CEO of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, is FSR’s chairman-elect. Kessel D. Stelling Jr., chairman and CEO of Synovus, was re-appointed treasurer.
The following people were elected to the board of directors: Roger Crandall, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company; Dan Houston, Principal Financial Group; Margaret Keane, Synchrony Financial; Kelly King, BB&T; Scott Powell, Santander US, and Walter White, Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America.
FSR represents large banks, insurance companies and financial services firms.
