Goodman Financial Corporation, with $398 million in client assets under management (AUM), has expanded its leadership team.

CPA Charlotte Jungen is being promoted to the position of director of financial advisory services. Jungen has been with the firm since 2013. She has over 20 years of experience in financial planning, investment management and accounting services.

CPA Chris Matlock is being promoted to the position of chief investment officer. He joined Goodman in 2017 and has over 25 years of experience in investment management.

Jungen and Matlock will share leadership responsibilities with CPA Steve Goodman, the company’s president, and Paul Brill, the company’s executive vice president.

While three out of four members of Goodman’s leadership team are CPAs, Goodman is not a CPA firm. Registered in Texas in 1989, Goodman is a 14-person, fee-only, independent investment management and financial advisory firm based in Houston, serving clients in 17 states nationwide.
