Houston-based fintech firm Harvest announced three executive hires to support the growth of its artificial intelligence-driven investor network platform.

Jon LaNasa, who brings more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, operator and investor, has been named chief financial officer and head of corporate development.

Previously, he was on the founding team of Photofy, a photo sharing app, and he served as its chairman and CEO, according to a Harvest release. LaNasa has also been involved in business development for InvitationBox, Café Press, the RF Automotive business group and the Amphenol Corporation. And he’s held roles with Affect Change, Greenology Products, Priceline’s WebHouse Club and Booz Allen Hamilton. LaNasa holds a bachelor’s in business administration in finance, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.

Boston-based Robert Caputo has been named vice president, account executive and brings more than 25 years of experience with companies such as Fidelity Investments, Ameriprise Financial, and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. He holds a master of business administration in marketing from Northeastern University and a bachelor of arts in economics from Brandeis University.

Jared Longhitano, based in New York, has been named vice president, account executive. He’s worked for two decades as a financial service sales executive and entrepreneur. Before joining Harvest, the firm said, Longhitano was head of sales for CapSo Inc., and held senior-level sales and business development roles at Debtwire, BGC Partners, eSpeed and Cantor Fitzgerald. He holds a double bachelor of science in exercise science and psychology from Rutgers University.
