VIenna, Va.-based Argent Bridge Advisors, a hybrid RIA with $275 million AUM, has joined Triad Advisors platform.

At Argent, advisors Dianne Nolin, Cecile Hult and Eric Ashburn provide wealth management, financial planning, and retirement services, with a focus on empowering women to take charge of their finances.

Nolin, also Argent's managing partner, said her team joined Triad's platform because it provided value-added services and supported her company’s goal of facilitating generational wealth transfers.

Nathan Stibbs, executive vice president and chief strategy officer at Triad, said that Argent was appealing because it had scale, which he said was a critical component to both firms’ growth,

Nolin and her team also weathered a tough due diligence process, said Stibbs.

“We want to make sure there’s no stone left unturned,” he said. “The landscape of the business is important, but the culture and philosophy – the intangibles – must align as well. Argent met all those criteria beautifully.”

Because Argent is a niche practice with a focus on servicing the financial needs of women, Stibbs believes it is poised for growth.
