New York-based online alternatives platform iCapital Network has added three senior tech professionals to its team.
Eli Entin joins iCapital as senior vice president and head of product. He was most recently the vice president of product management at New York-based lending platform OnDeck Capital following stints at Nokia and PayPal. In his new role, Entin will oversee development of iCapital’s flagship platform.
Mike November joins iCapital as head of platform architecture. Previously, November served at Bridgewater Associates, where he led development efforts across FX trading following a stint at Goldman Sachs. At iCapital, November will be responsible for technological integrations with the firm’s platform partners.
Kevin Scrivanich joins iCapital as director of product management. Most recently, Scrivanich oversaw advanced trading platforms for digital channels with E*TRADE Financial following a stint at Priceline.com. At iCapital, he will spearhead development of the platform’s features and user experience.
“iCapital is increasing our already significant investment in technology as we consolidate our position as the industry’s preferred alternative platform,” said Lawrence Calcano, CEO of iCapital Network, in a statement. “We are incredibly excited to welcome Eli, Mike and Kevin to our accomplished team. Their collective experience strengthens our ability to deliver an unrivaled user experience and will be put to immediate use helping our clients and partners solve their biggest operational challenges.”
Since being founded in 2013, iCapital has attempted to democratize private investments for qualified investors by improving access, lowering investment minimums, offering an efficient subscription process and connecting investments in iCapital vehicles with advisors’ and investors’ preferred custodial platforms and reporting packages.
