Private wealth advisor Craig D. Laday of Strategic Capital Group in Freehold, N.J., has joined Michael Bonevento and James Costabile of Intellectual Capital Group in Wall, N.J. The newly expanded firm will be leaving Ameriprise for the LPL platform.
For the past 32 years, Laday was affiliated with Minneapolis-based Ameriprise Financial Services. Upon joining Intellectual Capital Group, which was also affiliated with Ameriprise, the firm had $800 million in client brokerage and advisory assets.
Richard Steinmeier, managing director and divisional president, business development for LPL Financial, said that his company’s platform could provide the scale that Intellectual Capital's advisors needed to reach their expanded firm’s new potential.
