Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, a wealth management, financial services and investment banking firm headquartered in Philadelphia, has hired a team of former Wells Fargo advisors managing $380 million in client assets, according to a news release.

The Bel Air, Md.-based team consists of veteran advisors Christopher Ozazewski, executive vice president/wealth management; Elizabeth Plunkett, first vice president/wealth management; and Eric Decker, vice president/wealth management. Janet Desmond is also joining Janney as a senior registered private client associate.

Ozazewski has been working with individual investors, corporations, business owners and nonprofits since 1993. He earned his bachelor's degree in business from McDaniel College, according to a news releaes.

Plunkett joins Janney with 37 years of financial services experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business, finance and economics from Mount Saint Mary’s College. She also earned a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Loyola College.

Decker has 18 years of industry experience. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and Reserve for 12 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration/organizational management from the University of Toledo.

Desmond handles operations, account administration, trading and other client-related responsibilities for the team. She graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance.
