John Amore, formerly managing director at UBS, has been hired as executive vice president of wealth management at Kestra Financial, a financial services firm based in Austin, Texas.
Amore brings 14 years of international wealth management experience spanning North America, Latin America and Europe to the independent advisor platform. He will be in charge of Kestra’s platforms that focus on wealth consulting, investment products, advisory platforms, financial planning and retirement plans.
At UBS, Amore was head of wealth planning for the Americas and head of investment platforms for Latin America, leading a team of more than 110 people across financial planning, portfolio construction, estate planning, wealth planning, investment product and trust solutions.
