JSD Associates, an independent advisory firm located in North Syracuse, N.Y., has joined the Securities America platform, Securities America announced Thursday.
The firm, which has $151 million in client assets, is lead by its two advisors, David Vinciguerra, president, and Giovanni Vitale, vice president. They were previously with Cadaret, Grant.
They will affiliate with Securities America through Evolution Financial Advisors, a super-OSJ based in Victor, N.Y., with total assets of more than $2 billion. Vinciguerra has 27 years of experience in financial services and Vitale has 32 years experience.
Evolution Financial Advisors is one of Securities America’s fastest-growing super-OSJs. The firm provides independent advisors with such services as coaching and practice management, product and strategy consultation, marketing support, business processing and in-house supervision.
